Many seem to have a strong ability to resolve issues, also in business relationships. For those involved, listening to each other again and talking to each other is the basis for coming up with solutions to disputes themselves, or better still, to avoid disputes. I like to provide support in establishing a safe conversation environment, in which disputes are discussed and resolved in openness and trust, without legal action, by those involved, themselves.

ArbMed (of MedArb)

This is a mixture of Arbitration and Mediation. As an employment law specialist, I can make a fair assessment of the course and outcome of proceedings regarding a labour dispute. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement in the event of labour mediation or if they are unable to reach full agreement, I, at their request, can give my opinion on a remaining point of dispute. This way, going to court can still be avoided.
