This concerns drawing up, assessing and adjusting contracts, or discussions about it. “What are the parties’ intentions?” is a frequently recurring question that must be answered when discussing contracts.

Examples include explanations about cooperation contracts or articles of association or help with the separation of partners.

You can also contact me to ensure your company is paid what it is owed or, vice versa, if you believe that the person claiming payment has no right to speak, because the delivery was not in accordance with the agreement.

I handle files in the fields of construction law, commercial tenancy law and plot boundaries. I’m also familiar with agricultural tenancy law.
